The German Language and Culture Center (@glcc.bujumbura) is announcing a training and professional support opportunity for Burundians wishing to pursue an apprenticeship and career path in Germany.
With highly qualified German teachers, this high-quality training program is located at the GLCC Center in Buyenzi (Avenue de la Santé No. 2, 1st floor, near the Buyenzi area office). The program includes learning the German language and culture to equip participants with the required qualifications for easy integration.
It also includes administering various language tests, including the “Goethe” test, and connecting graduates with German companies that can offer them three-year professional internships and employment contracts. Interested candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a general humanities degree.
We launched this initiative so that Burundians could take advantage of this opportunity. Burundi has a large and very young population. There aren’t enough opportunities to find employment after graduation due to economic challenges, but the lack of labor elsewhere is an opportunity for young Burundians. We want to help them seize this opportunity,” says Amin Seif Ahmed Rukara, Legal Representative of GLCC.
